Who we are
This website is the official public website of the school, built and operated on the EduHubERP platform. The school is the owner of the content and of any information you submit; EduHubERP processes it only to run the website and the school's ERP services.
Information we collect
- Details you submit in the admission enquiry form — student and parent names, contact numbers, email, address and class of interest.
- Messages you send through the contact options on this site.
- Basic technical data needed to serve the site, such as IP address and browser type, kept in standard server logs.
How we use it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
- To respond to your enquiry and guide you through the admission process.
- To publish school content such as notices, results, events and galleries.
- To keep the website secure, reliable and improving.
Photographs and student content
Galleries, toppers, birthdays and similar sections show photographs and names published by the school's office for its school community. If you would like a photograph or detail removed, contact the school office and it will be taken down from the website.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry details are visible only to the school's admission office through the EduHubERP ERP. Information is retained for as long as the school needs it for admissions and records, after which it is deleted.
